What’s your return policy?

Due to the customization of our products, all sales are final.  However, if you receive an item that has been damaged we will gladly replace the item or refund your money for the specific item.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions during our posted business hours.

Do you print and/or provide bags only?

Unfortunately not, Signature Event Bags does not provide traditional promotional items.  We are however happy to help you design items that will leave a memorable impression on your potential customers about your brand.
